Quality Philosophy
Higrade continuously lays emphasis on upgrading the team's quality philosophy in the whole management process. Different concepts lead to people's different actions. Only with the continuous upgrading of the whole team's quality philosophy, can people focus on working details, and control the quality in various links. In Higrade, it is known that quality is the root for Higrade survival and development, and Higrade 's senior managers must have high degree quality philosophy.

All work should follow standards. Make standard a practice, and make it a reference in all process. Higrade people will always execute Higrade standard in the whole process of design and production.
Quality Control
Higrade has made its own perfect production and management system. There are strict quality control managements in each process. We try our best to avoid mistakes, and put an end to extend mistake to the next process. Its ranges: from design analysis and inspection of plastic products to the research on design feasibility of mould, from material purchasing to quality inspection of material, from processing technic selection and arrangement to quality inspection, from mould assembling and installation to mould test, etc.. For each process, there are homologous table and quality inspection standard. Each link should be ensured without defect, and then we can keep the delivered moulds qualified.
Product design inspection: Whatever product design made by Higrade or offered by customers, we always make all round analysis and inspection, such as moulding process feasibility, mould structure and movement feasibility, all the related plastic components matching situation, etc. It can avoid mould amendment, scrap and other unnecessary mould repair work, which are caused by product design fault. We believe that 10 more minutes we spend on the design, one month may be reduced in production.
Mould design inspection: With precise analysis, foreseeing rationality analysis for mould design, best processing analysis and mould structure application, it offers the most professional solutions with the most suitable mould performance and technical specification as customer required.
Raw material purchasing inspection: There is strict inspection process and time control of spare parts purchasing, the parts' standardization, size precision, hardness of mould material and material flaw detection and so on.
Processing quality control: Control the size precisely, make self-inspection on each tooling spare parts in according to the requirements of drawing size and tolerance limits control. Only pass the inspection, can the spare parts delivered to the next working step. It is not allowed to make previous wrong workpiece inflow to the next tooling steps. For CNC milling, it needs strict auditing for procedures before tooling. After tooling, we will check up and control the precision by 3D coordinate measures. We have many measures: professional tooling technology training and machine maintenance; self-inspection of tooling workpiece and acceptance check made by quality department; rational work shifts system and tooling control system.
Quality inspection of mould installation: Make complete inspection on mould to ensure the structure consistence and spare parts standardized. Project manager and QC people should all take part in mould inspection under the company standard, and make sure the product quality. If mistakes are found, they can be corrected promptly. It also can prevent mistakes. In addition, we will simultaneously do independent standardization test on mould cooling system, mould hydraulic oil channel system and hot runner system.
Acceptance inspection on sample size and mould size: QC department should make product inspection and submit the test report 24hours after mould testing. Report should include full range test and analysis on product size, appearance, injection techniques and Physical Parameter. We use different inspection standard and tool for different products.
Mould testing's acceptance check: To some extent, our mould testing aims at finding the quality problems of mould, while not cover the problems.
Mould delivery inspection: In according to order documents, customer requirement and company standard, we will make strict inspection and acceptance check for mould. These related documents should be recorded and documented with other inspection report before delivery.
Time Control
Processing Technic Department: Technicians of processing technic department should audit modeling before mould production and make arrangements for mould tooling. It can ensure the mould being delivered successfully within shortest and rational delivery time. Also, it can avoid long production cycle and material waste problems that are caused by improper processing. Proceeding Department: Staffs in proceeding department keep tracing the mould processing every day, collect schedule of each mould's tooling steps by photos, and provide processing report for sales department. On the meantime, they coordinate with project director to monitor production processing and equipment modulation, and coordinate with each department to arrange mould machining. They handle the tooling delaying problems positively, and ensure the production department retrieves the time in the next step.
