2. Cavity insulation. The contact between the main insert and the mold base needs heat insulation to prevent heat transfer due to contact.
3. Die steel. The selection of steel needs to use the material of rapid cooling and heating, otherwise the material is easy to crack in the process of mass production.
4. Product appearance. The mold needs high-speed machining,the polishing of high-gloss surfaces needs to be completed by experienced and skilled polishing technicians.
